If you can, avoid flying with them! Their customer service is incredibly poor! They keep apologizing but can't help. I wanted to upgrade my luggage online and was denied. In the end, I had to pay an outrageous transportation fee at the local airport, which was four times the cost of the flight. For no reason at all! There's nothing you can do; they can push you around as much as they want in these situations.
