Went to use my frequent flyer points to book a hire car through the frequent flyer website. After adding a car seat and second driver I was 800 points off and thought I would just pay the difference. Went through and no option. Next day get an email to say can’t confirm the booking due to lack of points, please call 13 13 13. After two hours and about 8 different people at Qantas I have spoken to. They can’t help and half of the overseas call centres don’t even understand as not in there scope. Hoping now my order gets cancelled so I can rebook with extra points. Absolutely no one at Qantas can help with this. Shocking service
