Wife was very sick on the flight day going to a funeral in melb from Syd had to cancel .$236.80 ticket amount of refund$23.09 Disgusted with Quantas will never fly with them again ,nice to see huge profits incl non refunds of Aussie passengers .So glad they got a big fine for all the covid stuff they did!!!.
