I flew with Quatar airways in October london to doha & doha to Colombo.
The London to Doha flight was the worst service you could possibly ask for. Seats broken, staff kept skipping my row like 3 times for no reason. Unacceptable
AVOID AT ALL COST
After I complained, they took 9 months to reply 😂
