2-Technical Incompetence: Their website is broken, displaying a persistent "Something happened" error, and their Live Chat is non-functional, leaving passengers stranded.
3-Cognitive Barriers: Their offshore call centers offer zero solutions, using language barriers as a tactic to frustrate passengers into giving up their legal rights.
4-Legal Action: I have formally filed a complaint with the US Department of Transportation (Case #01421597). I demand an involuntary reroute on Turkish Airlines (TK34) with my original 2-piece baggage and seat selection privileges, or an immediate Double Refund to cover the surge in market prices for a last-minute replacement.
Qatar Airways is no longer a 5-star airline; it is a company that evades its contractual obligations.
