I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my refund request by Qatar Airways.
My flight was delayed by over 5 hours, and I raised a refund request which was formally accepted on 28/11/2025 under:
• Case: CAS-542842-R5T7P2
• CRM: 0830000511314
After waiting nearly 3 months, I finally received a response on 27/02/2026 — and shockingly, it was nothing more than a generic “thank you” message. No refund. No explanation. No accountability.
Since then, I have repeatedly followed up via live chat with agents (Deepak and John), and each time I’ve been given the same scripted response: “We have forwarded your request.”
Weeks have passed again — still no outcome.
This is not customer service — this is deliberate delay and avoidance.
For an airline that markets itself as world-class, this experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their rightful refunds for months while being misled with empty assurances.
I am now publicly requesting immediate resolution and refund.
If this continues to be ignored, I will escalate this matter further through regulatory and legal channels.
