I book a flight last year in October and my son was is disabled and they forgot the disabled chair and then we want when I ask for the chair they say it is already connected to a different flight so we were unable to give you the chair so and then I say okay I am not going to go out of this plane unless you send me back to London so what did they force me to take my son who is a surveyor short life that condition so I have to take him and my shoulder which is a high risk and I did take the risk and then the after three hours fighting with them then they give me the disabled chair for my child so we will never use them again Qatar Airways is one of the worst airline so far I have worsen experiencein my life because I've always fly with my disabled child and I don't have no issues but Qater airways is the worst one there is no one zero star so I can give them a zero star and I did email them to ask them so why this need to be investigated nobody won't reply back to me anyone who with the disabled child I highly recommended not to use Qatar Airways they are the worst staff in airport tbut in Qatar they don't care about the disabled child or disabled person they are completely unexpectable people in the airports I was my wife was recording everything for in case if something happened so the manager came to me and say why are you recording I say this for my child safety for my safety you can see he's 25 kg and I'm putting him in my shoulder and obviously if something happen so that need to be recorded because I cannot just walk without any proof and then the guy was oh okay so I'm I won't be able to help you if you are not stopping the record you have to stop before I help you as I'm not stopping the recording and then in the end after three hours fighting and then he arranged to get me the wheelchair from from a different plane which they already transferred it and then I asked him to say this is completely ridiculous you can't let me do this and holding the chair for three hours and then you bring me the chair back and then when he bring the chair back he was so disgusted he wasn't anyone want to help me to open the chair and fit the chair because it is a special chair and he was just staring and I put my child on the floor and then he was just staring to the child he wasn't even helping me with the hold the child even so this was the hardest moment of my life that I have this child and I have to put him in the floor just to fix the chair and he was just standing doing nothing
