The rental desk location is far and inconvenient.
I was denied rental because I did not have TWO ORIGINAL identification cards. I had my italian driving licence but not my original passport. Other means of identification were not accepted (digital scan of passport, fiscal code card etc). Morale, I was denied rental and Rental Plus cashed the money I had paid.
