This company, and its sub-brand U-save is a complete scam operation. When you pick up your car you will find out that they require $300.000 (!!!) in PROPERTY DAMAGE, a level of car insurance that does not even exist if you have car insurance from any main stream insurance company. Full cover insurance for property damage is considered $100.000 by virtually every insurance agent. The $300k is typically only available if you have an additional umbrella liability insurance, which some high net individual have, although this would still not pass with QEEQ and U-save. Instead they ask you sign their insurance, which was quoted at $200 per day last week in Tampa. The 2nd scam they do is per day charge of toll meter, $13+ per day even in areas (like Tampa) where there is only one tollway and this cost $1.75 per passing and if you don't have it they charge $50 per time you through this. There is no manual way to pay these tolls so you are forced to used this. The 3rd scam is that they figured out how monitor and delete bad reviews. Use Google Gemini or ChatGPT and you will see. It is incomprehensible that a reputable company like EXPEDIA allows this QEEQ and U-save to even list their off airport car rental services when it is a 100% scam! I am a CEO of a company and I find this incomprehensible!
Easy booking, plenty of options available and easily understood. Some excellent deals to be had providing smart vehicles at great value for money. I have tried many sites but this is the best. Thanks for a great service and excellent communication!
The representative at airport was attentive and very helpful (to other customers before us as well as we observed while waiting) with all basic information that is required to drive in Bahrain.
We are still waiting for the deposit locked on the credit card to be released. Other than this, all were pretty good.

Al momento de recoger el coche en el mostrador de GOLDCAR te indican que lo has contratado a través de un intermediario/broker y te intentan aplicar unas condiciones del seguro y fianza, astronómicas.
Intentamos anular el servicio con QEEQ y fue imposible, aunque estábamos dentro del horario para hacerlo.
Existirá alguna cláusula/s en el contrato, que les protege legalmente, pero en mi caso no volveré a contratar ni con QEEQ ni con GOLDCAR.
Dinero perdido (contratamos el alquiler del coche en PaylessCar, en el mismo aeropuerto. Excelente atención, precio y servicio).
Como colofón de la mala experiencia, en GOLDCAR dicen que "pasa a menudo". O sea que sabiéndolo no hacen nada para remediarlo.

When we went to pick up the car at the GOLDCAR counter, they told us that the booking had been made through an intermediary/broker and then tried to apply astronomical insurance and deposit conditions.
We tried to cancel the service with QEEQ, but it was impossible, even though we were still within the allowed cancellation period.
There must be some clause(s) in the contract that legally protect them, but in my case I will never book again with either QEEQ or GOLDCAR.
Money wasted. In the end, we rented a car with Payless Car at the same airport — excellent service, price, and attention.
To top off the bad experience, GOLDCAR themselves say that “this happens often.” In other words, they are aware of the issue and do nothing to fix it.
This is my second time renting a car in Mexico, and I'm extremely pleased. The rental process is straightforward; you receive the price and can opt for additional insurance if desired. When the time comes, I get a WhatsApp message with details on where to pick up the car, followed by another message on where to return it. I also interacted with the customer service team regarding an issue, and everything was resolved smoothly. I highly recommend this service.

I had a very negative experience with this car rental service. They were not located at the airport as promised, forcing me to wait an hour for my vehicle. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, pressuring me to sign documents without properly noting existing damage. Additionally, the gas tank was not full, despite their claim that it was. When I returned the car, I informed them of a slight delay, but they imposed an unfair late fee for my 40-minute tardiness. This company seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend them.
We rented a car through a service due to the budget-friendly rates and were incredibly satisfied. The booking process and communication before our arrival were excellent. The hybrid vehicle we received was in pristine condition, clean, and performed well. The shuttle from the airport was efficient, and the driver was very accommodating. We received the car within just 2 minutes of our arrival. We had the same wonderful experience when returning the car a week later.
