If I could, I would rate this experience with zero stars. I received a 3D printer as a gift, and it has been plagued with issues from the start, including a malfunctioning auto leveling system and inadequate manual adjustments. Despite consulting numerous online resources, I couldn't get it to level properly, ruining my holiday spirit. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as I will not be returning or recommending them to others.
