I have had my Qidi Q2 printer for 2 months now and I am super happy with it.
99% of the prints are successful and when they are not is most likely user error.
Engineering material work well with the heater chamber which is the reason why I went with this.
I had zortrax, ender, bambulab x1c…
But this is just another level.
It works.
It has its little glitches but what matters the most is reliability and print quality which are definitely there.
Another major plus over bambulab for example is how prompt the technical support is.
I had a broken nozzle which caused hotend and fan damage. This could have been an user error but the support didn’t ask any questions, logs or videos…they just shipped out replacement parts within 2 hours of receiving my email.
Keep it up guys…thanks for existing and keep on improving your products and you will take over the market as you deserve!!!

I would rate this as zero stars if I could. I received a 3D printer as a gift and faced endless issues right from the start. The automatic leveling feature didn’t function, and the manual screws are poorly designed, stripping easily. Despite numerous online resources, including forums and videos, I could not get the bed level, even after trying various methods. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and ruined my holiday. I will not be returning or recommending this service.

I have lost all faith in this brand and their support team, and I advise others to avoid it.
While the products may not be the absolute best available, they consistently perform well. The support staff is very helpful in resolving any issues. Their printers are designed to be adaptable, and the filaments print effectively without tangling.
