We bought a Qinux Cebrot Robot vacuum which worked well for a short time before one of the wheels would not turn. We contacted customer care who kindly offered a refund or replacement. We opted for the replacement. It came and worked for a short while before giving an error message that the side brush was stuck. We tried everything to reset it without luck. Finally we contacted the company again asking for their advice. They advised that we had already used up our warranty but gave no advice on how to get it going again. We opened up the original robot and found the wires to one wheel were completely sheared off. This does not seem to be a very robust product and our limited use of it was not worth the money.
