The item I ordered and received is the Qinux Climaheat Pro space heater. It was advertised as suitable for one room. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed is that it is the size of a harmonica. Then, the directions state that the unit should be stopped and unplugged after two hours of use (not so good if one requires more than two hours of sleep). Lesson learned, I'm back to Amazon.

The way everything has been written on the website makes us misled because of the following:* The support telephone number started with 1- and gives the impression that this came from the U.S.* They knew in advance that the costs to return to China were equal or more than we paid. We wanted to return because the specifications were different.* The website was not clear about the return and the exact specifications of the product.* The website Best buyers guide is also misleading because this has been used just by the supplier.*The European Union does not accept that customers are treated like this.
I bought 2 Waterblitz pressure cleaners.After I received my order, I was a bit disappointed that unless you had very high water pressure at your home/business the Waterblitz failed to reflect the advertising.I wrote to Qintux and told them I was deeply disappointed and that their advertising was misleading. They promptly wrote back to me and promised a full refund.I am please to advise you that they were good to their word and I have received the full refund as promised.
Ordered Quinux Blindiglass colour blind glasses.Order No. TRD-E7-FR01202512000518The glasses were dreadful and almost impossible to see through.They had mirrored glass on both sides of the lens resulting in reflections being all that you could see.The frames were a very cheap inferior standard.They are totally unusable.
LEAVE WELL ALONE , this Chinese company is a SCAM charging up to 10x the price on Amazon by just changing the product name. Example Qinux Footyx £82 at Qinux then on Amazon £8 Decinee women electric foot file for hard skin. Also supported by BEST BUYERS GUIDE. Org so beware of these advertisers also.
I ordered a Qinux Gametex VR Headset for my brother for Christmas at the beginning of December. On December 15 I received an email that my pacakge was delivered, however, nothing was actually dropped off to my home. I have sent several emails and called 3 times without getting a response. Unacceptable. Hope no one else makes this mistake.
I ordered a cd player in early December. They use some crazy delivery company who kept trying to deliver to my business after 11 pm then wanted me to call and reset. I did that a couple of times. Now it is in neverneverland and they won't reset delivery. Qinux won't respond. You can't do a return without receiving the product, which I NEVER have. So at this point, I was scammed.
