I ordered an ebike in November. I waited a couple of weeks before reaching out to ask when my order would ship. They responded that my order would be shipped on November 27. A few days after 11/27, I received a bag of accessories that was supposed to be free with my purchase, but not the bike. The bike still says it is waiting to be shipped. The company has not responded to any of my emails since then.
