Our garage collapsed from an ice load and Qlife replaced my damages at no cost after I was trying to purchase them.

I had ordered a e bike that unfortunately was stolen off my porch. Tried getting a refund through Seel. Their 3rd party shipping insurance they offer and had horrible experience. Explained my situation with stolen package and unhelpful Seel at which qlife immediately took action and expedited another unit that got to me super fast! Great customer service. Great company!!

I've saved up money for months to afford an ebike from this company. And in only 12 miles, my motor failed. After getting it checked, we noticed that the nylon gears were busted up. We reached out to Qlife and spent days waiting for a response. Horrible customer service.

I’ve got my son a Q life bike a few months ago, unfortunately the bike battery mount had an issue, I reached out to customer service and even though it took a bit for us to figure out, I want to give a big shout out to Mia and the team that helped and guide me on how to get a replacement bike asap . They have no idea how much we depend on it. My son uses it to get to school, practice, and gym, it makes my life easier and my son is totally independent. It means a lot that they respond with great customer service.

We are incredibly satisfied with the ebike. It's just perfect! My son loves it and rides it daily since Christmas. The battery lasts almost all day, and the speed is just right. Assembly was quite easy, and it handles beautifully. The customer service from the company was exceptional; they ensured the bike arrived before Christmas, even upgrading to his preferred color at no cost when the original was sold out. We are absolutely delighted with the ebike. It's just right! My son loves it and rides it every day since Christmas. The battery lasts him nearly all day. It's the ideal speed, assembly was relatively simple, and the handling is fantastic. The customer service was outstanding; they ensured timely delivery before Christmas, upgraded his bike to his desired color free of charge when the original was out of stock, and responded quickly to emails and calls. This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They never shipped my bike, then informed me I would need to pay $100-$180 to stop the shipment and locate the bike. This was a last-minute gift, and I felt completely taken advantage of. Avoid these people. This isn't even a legitimate American business.
