Customer service is completely absent. Does not respond to emails, Chat does not work (asks to be transferred to a staff member, nothing happens for 15-20 minutes), on the phone I get a message that I am number XXX in the queue. In short, Qliro has a customer service center that does not exist at all. Despite this, they try to make us customers believe that they have fantastic customer service. Qliro is a company I will avoid forever.
