I bought a product that did not meet my expectations. I had to pay for postage myself, which was very expensive. Then the package was returned to my own mailbox because the address I was given was missing information and customs clearance. I had to send it again and pay for postage! I can't contact customer service. I can't log in with my bank ID. I can't get through on the phone or chat. Extremely bad...This is scam.

They gotta win a price for the worst costumer service to ever exist. Does not give you an estimated time when they can answer your call, don’t offer you the option to be called when it’s your turn like every other service. And didn’t help enough. Got a bill for 6000kr and when I log into my account it says current amount owner is 0. This gotta be the most fraudulent private company
This is THE most AWFUL payment service. EVER. If you need to buy stuff and have to pay with QLIRO I would recommend you cancel the order and shop elsewhere.I order wheeels in DEC 2025.Never recieved a reminder.Connected the app to my bank.The connection failed.I got billed for late payment.Contacted support. We don't speak English.Truly USELESS
