I made a claim for a travel cancellation weeks ago and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I have sent all the required documents twice, in different formats, exactly as requested by Qover. Despite this, and despite following up by email, I have received no response at all regarding when my claim will be reviewed or finalised.The lack of communication is unacceptable and leaves you completely in the dark. Be aware of this company — it genuinely feels like they take forever to respond so they don’t have to pay out claims promptly.Very disappointing experience.
