Contatcted this company after experiencing unwanted mice in my flat. They picked up the phone immediately on a Sunday which was great and we worked though a time to mouse proof the flat which I believe has worked. I had an initial survey where pics and videos were taken to explain problem. Their bill was fair in comparison with other companies and I have a guarantee for a year.
