Since then, I've called daily, but the customer service line states the office is closed during business hours, and I haven't received any responses to my emails or social media messages. I will have to report this to trading standards. The company continues to advertise sales, which makes me suspicious of potential fraudulent activity. It's unacceptable to continue selling when orders cannot be fulfilled.
