I purchased a necklace in December 2025 which has never been delivered.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe was specified. This has clearly not been met.
After repeatedly contacting the company, I was informed that a refund had been issued. However, no refund has been received in my account despite allowing sufficient time for processing.
Under UK consumer law, once a contract is cancelled due to non-delivery, a refund must be provided without undue delay. To date, neither the product nor the refund has been received.
This situation has been ongoing for months and has required multiple follow-ups from me, which is unacceptable.
Unless this matter is resolved immediately, I will have no option but to pursue further action, including raising a chargeback with my bank and reporting the matter to Trading Standards.
I strongly advise others to consider this experience before purchasing.

Frequent issues with my necklace and poor customer service.

My necklace repeatedly broke and needed repairs, which occurred for 3 years. I was assured a refund 2 months ago, but now my emails go unanswered and I have yet to receive my refund. I'm left without the item and without my money. I strongly recommend steering clear of this.

I placed an order on December 18 and was given a delivery date of January 2, 2026. Since then, I've called daily, but the customer service line states the office is closed during business hours, and I haven't received any responses to my emails or social media messages. I will have to report this to trading standards. The company continues to advertise sales, which makes me suspicious of potential fraudulent activity. It's unacceptable to continue selling when orders cannot be fulfilled.

Completely Useless

If I could, I would rate them minus five stars. The contact number constantly says the office is closed. I’ve sent emails and used their website, but only received automated replies. I ordered a Christmas gift in November with a promised delivery date of December 15. By December 17, it hadn’t arrived, and my emails were met with automated responses. They blame fulfillment delays, but they don’t make any effort to resolve issues. I advise taking your business elsewhere and not trusting this company. I've given them until Monday to respond before starting a chargeback. The service is entirely unacceptable.

Disappointed with delivery and refund process

Like many others, I ordered a gift in time for the holidays, but it didn’t arrive as expected. I should have checked the reviews first. After reaching out about my order, I was told there was a delay and my order would be canceled with a refund, which I appreciated. However, the customer service team then went on holiday, which is understandable, but now that the holidays are over, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed again this week and am still waiting for a reply.

With reference to order 189519936, I placed an order for a necklace on December 19, 2025, but have not received it yet. I was informed that the delivery date would be January 2, 2026. I have called the customer service line, which always states the office is closed, and I have emailed without receiving any response. My next step will be to contact my bank. The service has been dreadful so far.

Where is my wife's ring?

Last year, I bought a bracelet for my wife’s Christmas gift, which was delayed but they handled it well. This year, I ordered a ring on December 9, with an estimated delivery of December 22. Since then, I’ve received no updates. I learned that customer service would be on holiday until the first week of January. This means no gift for my wife on Christmas, and I'm unable to provide her with any information about the order. There can be delays, but do not promise delivery by Christmas if you cannot fulfill it. I doubt I will order here again, as this seems to be a common issue.

40th birthday ruined

I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered a ring on November 26 for my daughter's 40th birthday, with a promised delivery by December 17. Now it's December 30, and I still haven't received the ring or any updates. I have called and emailed, only to receive out-of-office responses. With her birthday in four days, the order is still listed as being crafted. I am now scrambling to find another gift, but delivery will likely exceed her birthday. This situation has ruined what should be a joyful celebration. I’ve seen many similar reviews, and it’s unacceptable for them to mislead customers, especially during the holidays.

Disgraceful

I had to give one star to leave a review, otherwise it would be lower. I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wife for Christmas, spending over £700. The delivery date was December 19, which came and went, leaving her with nothing on Christmas Day. It was upsetting to see her open presents while I had nothing to give her. I only received a generic email response after inquiring about the delay, citing problems with order fulfillment and the holiday schedule. It’s unacceptable. The company must acknowledge their failure; taking money from customers while being unable to deliver is inexcusable. I urge anyone considering a purchase to think carefully before proceeding.
