I bought a lovely sapphire pendant 18 months ago. The sapphire fell out last week. Fortunately I felt it land in my lap. QP will not fix or replace the setting. They suggest I take it to a jeweller to get it fixed or buy it again from them! I had only worn it 3 times. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.
