I ordered a gift for Christmas however returned it via registered post and it has been returned to QP Jewellers since January 12.
I have sought a refund of 944 euros since that date of return but keep getting automated responses and no actual refund! It has now been 60 days since I returned the item but no refund or even a mention of same have I received.
Fraudulent would underestimate the quality of this company. They are thieves masquerading as a legitimate business.
Avoid at all costs. Never ever consider buying from them. You don’t need this kind of experience in your life.
