Complete scam of a company. They gave me a guaranteed delivery date within the same week, but as soon as I placed the order they changed it and pushed the delivery back by an entire month. Their phone lines are effectively nonexistent — it goes straight to voicemail no matter what time you call. Email responses take around 15 days, and when they do reply, the messages are brief and completely unhelpful. Even after acknowledging that I wanted to cancel the order, they still forced me to go through a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
