Hi, I Paid a one off fee for a QR code. The payment came out on 22nd Jan 2025 for £1.45.I did not agree to any subscription because i did not need multiple codes i only needed the one. I was billed for a subscription that i didn't agree to and i requested that it be refunded. Now my static code has been cancelled. It was not on a trial i bought it as a one off. This needs re-activating as it is now rendered useless when i paid for it. Please re-activate at no cost as this is what i signed up to.
