Beware - QR codes are NOT free

While this company advertises that their QR codes are free beware - they are only free for a trial period. Following that period you will need to pay for a subscription which can be as much as $90 for 3 months.

It is a scam

It is a scam. First it says it is free, then after a couple of days the QR code expires unless you pay 50€/month?????!!!!!! This is extremely overpriced. I am disappointed by the false advertisement. Also there are other sides that are actually free.

The generated QR code is indeed free, but a trial subscription period was activated without my consent. And, of course, it's not clear how to cancel the subscription, probably to prevent the user from unsubscribing.
