I strongly advise avoiding Qream Jewelry.I ordered a bracelet and a necklace from this company and the entire experience has been a nightmare. The bracelet was the wrong size. They then sent me a replacement bracelet — which was again the wrong size. I even sent them photo evidence with a measuring tape next to both bracelets to prove it, but they kept trying to claim I was in the wrong despite the clear proof.From day one, I made it clear I wanted to return both items. Instead, they did everything in their power to avoid accepting a return — offering discounts, “half-price replacements,” or anything other than simply allowing me to send the items back. In hindsight, this now makes perfect sense given the operational issues I’ve experienced: after I paid £12.50 to return the package by registered post, it was rejected at the Dutch border due to their own address problems.Despite my proof of return attempt, they refuse to issue a refund until the parcel physically reaches them – which is impossible if their own return address fails.The result? Wrong sizes twice, dismissive customer service, and a returns process that feels deliberately obstructive. Poor products, poor service, and no accountability. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.
