Was skeptical at first once I saw the product was coming from China. Happy with the product though, good quality. Delivery took long (3 weeks), but I don't think that was their fault. Good choice if you can't find a local store to buy from.

There is no customer service. They do not take no forms of returns. The products are the same as the ones from Aliexpress or Temu just with a Q logo.I emailed requesting to return a pice of jewellery, replied with “what is wrong with” and then never responded again once I said I want return it.
I have purchased two bracelets and necklaces from the store. The products were sent to me from mainland China, which made me doubt the quality. And when I received then, I was very disappointed that the paper clip chains looked like plastic parts, with rough edges and unrefined polish especially at the melted points. Brown eroded rusts was seen at several sites. The photos were pretty misleading due to increased brightness and exposure, which did not provide a clear visual representation of the real product. I have also realised that all the model photos are AI generated with the same photo but different jewellery. Most importantly, the return policy did not allow full refund of the purchase but only in-site funds. However, with such low quality of the products that is manufactured in mainland China, with worse quality than some Taobao items. I do not want another piece of their product. Thus, I strongly suggest against buying QREAM's misleading items with such low quality.

They then sent me a replacement bracelet — which was again the wrong size. I even sent them photo evidence with a measuring tape next to both bracelets to prove it, but they kept trying to claim I was in the wrong despite the clear proof.From day one, I made it clear I wanted to return both items. Instead, they did everything in their power to avoid accepting a return — offering discounts, “half-price replacements,” or anything other than simply allowing me to send the items back. In hindsight, this now makes perfect sense given the operational issues I’ve experienced: after I paid £12.50 to return the package by registered post, it was rejected at the Dutch border due to their own address problems.Despite my proof of return attempt, they refuse to issue a refund until the parcel physically reaches them – which is impossible if their own return address fails.The result? Wrong sizes twice, dismissive customer service, and a returns process that feels deliberately obstructive. Poor products, poor service, and no accountability. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.
