The tool seemed free, without any clear indication that the code would deactivate after a brief trial period. After printing and investing in hundreds of postcards, the QR code unexpectedly stopped functioning unless we opted for a very costly subscription. At that moment, we had no alternative but to pay to avoid delivering faulty materials to our client. It gets even worse. They charged us again without any prior notice, claiming it was an automatic renewal. We never received a clear notification regarding ongoing charges, and we did not knowingly consent to a recurring subscription. When we reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund, they declined. No accountability, no transparency, and no customer support. This service relies on deceptive pricing, hidden trial expirations, and automatic renewals that are not adequately disclosed. Their practices led to financial loss, disrupted a client project, and forced us into paying for something we never intended to subscribe to. Avoid this service. The offering is misleading, overpriced, and the customer support is unhelpful.
