DON'T USE QRFY! It's scam - deceiving advertising. They say it is "free" but don't tell you they will disable your code after 7 days and only enable it again for you if you subscribe for a ridiculously expensive plan. No refunds. DON'T USE!!
A got a gift photo puzzle that requires scanning a qr code for instructions but when I scan it, it says code was deactivated. I created account but cant find where or how to reactivate it. Not User friendly

I created a QR code, but when I saw it was just a redirect address instead of my own website, I never used it.
Still I'm getting emails saying my QR code has been scanned but it didn't work because my free trial period is over.
How can it be scanned if I don't use it???
I searched for a "Free QR Code Generator" and visited the site, but I couldn’t find an option to create a static code during the setup. It appears I was automatically set to dynamic, likely to push me into paying for the service later. In short, I created what I thought were free QR codes for my product instructions, only to be informed three days later that these 'free' codes are set to expire... I will be steering clear of this service at all costs!
This company is unprofessional and does not clearly indicate that you are signing up for a free 7-day trial. They disable your codes after you have printed all packages, forcing you to pay. I would not recommend using this service. P.S. Consider using a different QR code generator that offers free lifetime access without hidden trials.

At that moment, we had no alternative but to pay to avoid delivering faulty materials to our client. It gets even worse. We never received a clear notification regarding ongoing charges, and we did not knowingly consent to a recurring subscription. When we reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund, they declined. No accountability, no transparency, and no customer support. This service relies on deceptive pricing, hidden trial expirations, and automatic renewals that are not adequately disclosed. Their practices led to financial loss, disrupted a client project, and forced us into paying for something we never intended to subscribe to. Avoid this service.
