Im really disgusted by this company. Firstly there is so much information that is NOT obviously stated. Nothing about the QR code being temporary for 7 days THEN it is held ransom unless you make a payment plan. So, reluctantly I sign up for 20 pounds a month. Reading the refund terms that I could cancel at any time - thinking okay so after a month I will do that! BUT they charged me for THE ENTIRE YEAR. Refuse refund and suggest they can only assist by walking me through steps so the money isn't taken again in 2027. Not once did they request the full amount- it never appeared anywhere on my screen. And while the amount is still pending, they refuse to return the money. Heartless. This is all the money I own.
