From a Rough Start to Exemplary Communication and Resolution
I’m updating my original one-star review after significant follow-up communication with QSKINZ.
To provide context: I run a Shopify store in Norway selling used mobile phones and initially reached out to QSKINZ to explore a potential business relationship. I didn’t receive a response, so I placed a small test order instead. After several weeks with no delivery and very limited support responses (despite a ticket system), I left a negative review based on that experience.
Since then, we’ve had extensive and constructive communication. The package did eventually arrive, and in fairness, part of the delay was due to an error on my side — I failed to include a house number in the address, which likely contributed to the delivery issue.
What matters most, and the reason for this updated review, is how the situation was handled once communication was properly established. The team at QSKINZ were humble, transparent, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in resolving the issue rather than assigning blame. We found not only a good solution regarding the delivery, but also a constructive dialogue around potential future cooperation — something I value highly as a small business owner myself.
They have a great product, and more importantly, the people behind the company showed integrity and professionalism when it counted. For that reason, I’m updating my review from one star to five stars and look forward to potentially working together in the near future.
