Slow delivery, had to cut out the skin myself because it was only grazed by a blade in the factory, and after unsubscribing twice from their stupid spam, they keep emailing me.
The design of the sticker (because that is what it is) does not fit my pixel. If you need to remove your Sim card you need remove the whole thing. It doesn't give any protection to your device. I contacted them to see whether they can fix before the review and never replied. The international delivery took four weeks to arrive. Not recommend
From a Rough Start to Exemplary Communication and Resolution
I’m updating my original one-star review after significant follow-up communication with QSKINZ.
To provide context: I run a Shopify store in Norway selling used mobile phones and initially reached out to QSKINZ to explore a potential business relationship. I didn’t receive a response, so I placed a small test order instead. After several weeks with no delivery and very limited support responses (despite a ticket system), I left a negative review based on that experience.
Since then, we’ve had extensive and constructive communication. The package did eventually arrive, and in fairness, part of the delay was due to an error on my side — I failed to include a house number in the address, which likely contributed to the delivery issue.
What matters most, and the reason for this updated review, is how the situation was handled once communication was properly established. The team at QSKINZ were humble, transparent, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in resolving the issue rather than assigning blame. We found not only a good solution regarding the delivery, but also a constructive dialogue around potential future cooperation — something I value highly as a small business owner myself.
They have a great product, and more importantly, the people behind the company showed integrity and professionalism when it counted. For that reason, I’m updating my review from one star to five stars and look forward to potentially working together in the near future.
I never received my items, and while the support team is friendly, they haven't been of any real assistance. They offered me a voucher for a future purchase, but what use is that if my current order never arrived? I will never order from this service again. I would recommend another option, even if their styles are somewhat outdated, as they are much more reliable.
Incredible item! I had a small crack on the back of my phone, and I was able to cover it up thanks to this product. Now I can confidently show off my phone wherever I am ✌🏼

The item I ordered did not arrive as expected. I received a tracking number, but that was the extent of the information. While I received email replies, they did not offer any real solutions beyond repeating the tracking number. There was no evidence that the package was sent to me. My only option was to request a refund through a payment service, which processed it immediately, suggesting this issue is common with this seller.
