I ordered a RAK Cube Stainless Steel Mirror Cabinet in November 2025, but it was out of stock at RAK so QS couldn't fulfil the order. QS offered a refund, or to wait until January 2026, when further stock was expected. I retained my order with QS but, when no cabinet arrived in January, I contacted them by email. Mansoor was immediately on the case and sent several emails explaining his next steps. Within 48 hours he had chased the order direct with RAK and the cabinet was on my doorstep.
