I ordered a RAK Cube Stainless Steel Mirror Cabinet in November 2025, but it was out of stock at RAK so QS couldn't fulfil the order. QS offered a refund, or to wait until January 2026, when further stock was expected. I retained my order with QS but, when no cabinet arrived in January, I contacted them by email. Mansoor was immediately on the case and sent several emails explaining his next steps. Within 48 hours he had chased the order direct with RAK and the cabinet was on my doorstep. Thank you Mansoor for taking ownership of my enquiry and sorting it out so efficiently.

Seerat responded quickly, assuring me that a replacement tap would be sent within 1-2 days. To my surprise, it arrived the very next day. I’d advise against using this service. Like many in the midst of a renovation, we weren't on site, and the builders needed the bath urgently — so the damage went unnoticed until the packaging was removed. The bath arrived damaged in the overflow area, hidden beneath the cardboard. I reported it immediately, but instead of assistance, the service has consistently delayed and claimed to be in contact with the manufacturer. After following up, they shared the manufacturer's response, which, like theirs, denied responsibility for damage likely caused during transport. Each time I raised the issue, I had to repeat myself, as if previous conversations never happened, which is concerning. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me with a damaged product and no resolution. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service at all. To clarify, the timeline they provided ignores the realities of renovation work. The bath remained packaged until needed, and the damage was reported immediately upon discovery. The damage existed before installation, hidden by packaging, and I was left with a defective product and no accountability from the service.
