Brutal. Just plain brutal. Average of 2 months to reply to emails, if at all. No follow up. Because I wasn't successful over email, I called in and asked a pretty basic question (I had to initiate a transfer from the other institution instead of QTrade) and I might as well have been speaking a foreign language because the CSR had no idea what I was talking about and actually called me back for further clarification. I gave them a 1 out of 5 because I couldn't score them a 0. I'm transferring out of QTrade right now.
