I have been asking Qtrade to change the name on my account. After waiting on hold to talk to a person, I was told what information to send. I have had to follow up three times, and it's still not done. When you call to follow up, you can be on hold for an hour and not get a solution. Qtrade is fine if you want to put your money in and forget about it, but if you need any kind of service at all, you would be best to invest elsewhere.
