The service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Communication is slow, unclear, and unhelpful, and promised processes and timeframes are ignored. Despite surpassing their own 21 business day refund timeframe, I am still waiting for my money with no explanation or updates. Customer support is generic and dismissive, showing zero accountability.
