Despite surpassing their own 21 business day refund timeframe, I am still waiting for my money with no explanation or updates. Customer support is generic and dismissive, showing zero accountability. This company is completely unreliable, frustrating, and unprofessional—I strongly advise avoiding them.

Deceptive Sales Practices

They are deceptive in their sales approach. They claimed it would take 4 weeks to receive my qualifications, but it has been 4 months with no progress. I’ve had to find another job and am now pursuing legal avenues to recover my funds. I would not recommend them at all.

Avoid This Service!

Avoid this service! This company is the worst for obtaining your qualifications. They are very slow and untrustworthy. I requested my certification in February, and despite being told it was expedited, it has taken 4 months with no certificate in sight. I've lost job opportunities and money because of this service. I plan to report them for fraudulent practices! If anyone else has faced similar issues, please join me in reporting them.

Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience with this service. I would never recommend anyone waste their time and money here. Despite providing all requested documents, it has been over a year and I still haven’t received anything. I paid over $2000, which I cannot get refunded due to a policy I was not informed about. Just another unhappy customer.

Website Needs Improvement

The website is quite poor. I wanted a fence for my townhouse patio, and the fencing company directed me to this inadequate website for a quote. It seems ineffective, possibly due to the small area involved. I will wait for the company to visit and provide a quote in person.

Mixed Feelings

I will say they were responsive when I reached out, and if they didn’t reply, I would follow up until I got a response. Despite numerous negative reviews about legitimacy, I did eventually receive my certificate, although it took much longer than anticipated—7-8 months, which was concerning. I’m relieved it’s finally done.
