Order number 77: barrel sauna + Harvia 8kw heaterOrder placed 21/1/25 with stated delivery time of 10-weeks Multiple delays including being informed that the sauna had been built, only to be told that this was not the case and the sauna was yet to go into production. After many follow up emails from myself, the sauna was finally delivered 16/7/25 ... but unfortunately without the sauna heater. I am chasing this up at the moment.Very pleasant staff and seem eager to help but I have had to reach out to them perhaps more than one might normally expect. Sauna is great quality and very reasonably priced.I would appreciate if the company reach out to me and offer me a generous discount code and I will shop with them again in future (if / when I receive the sauna heater ... I have still not been able to use my sauna yet :( Happy to upgrade to 5* when all is finally resolved as this is a legitimate company with great prices, though one suspects they might even be getting too many orders to keep up! At least as far as the orders of their saunas is concerned
