Quality Spa recently wrote in response to a 1-star review:
“The delays were due to organizational and billing issues on the part of the subcontractor…”
In my own case, delays were also attributed to the UK installer. That attribution was subsequently withdrawn on TrustPilot yesterday.
It is deeply troubling to see a subcontractor publicly referenced as the cause of delay, only for that position to later change. As the contracting party, Quality Spa remains responsible for installation under the purchase agreement. Publicly shifting responsibility to a third party — and then retracting it — raises serious concerns about accuracy and accountability.
I also note a recent 5-star review thanking the UK installer Orran. After contacting the installer directly, Orran informed me that they have not completed an installation for that reviewer. I cannot verify who the reviewer is, but the installer’s statement contradicts the content of that review.
I note previous comments on TrustPilot about reviews being removed due to breaches in guidelines.
Additionally I can see the recurring pattern of 5 Star reviewers leaving identical ratings across the same cluster of unrelated businesses.
I think it's entirely reasonable for customers to question whether adequate verification is taking place by Quality Spa to ensure authenticity? Such as order numbers?
My own situation is straightforward: Order 1240 12/06/25
I paid in full.
The sauna was delivered in a box.
Installation was part of the agreement.
Installation remains incomplete months beyond the promised timeframe.
I was assured directly by the CEO Patryk that outstanding matters would be resolved within days. That did not happen.
At this stage, the pattern is not one of isolated delay, but of repeated assurances followed by inaction.
Do not buy from this company if you don't want to waste your time and money. I bought a sauna on the 4th October 2025 and today 6 February 2026 with no clear time frame on delivery and doubt if they really are going to deliver. Rubbish customer service keep saying it's in transit or warehouse .They have refused to refund and cancel the order of course and did the mistake to transfer money as credit card do not go through.. This is a fraud company and need to stop advertising on Google.. so more people should be aware of the scam there address in Poland according to website .. shall I trust this company? Just worried with all the reviews about months of waiting and false advertising/broken promises. this is supposed to be for a special occasion_surprise birthday present so I can't afford any delays. unfortunately there are just too many complaints with the SAME reason. I am going elsewhere! maybe a bit more expensive but at least i will get what I pay for.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Our order never arrived, delivery dates kept being postponed, and after canceling, we still haven't received our refund weeks later. Their responses are repetitive and unhelpful. Based on our experience, this company is completely unreliable and a waste of time. Please steer clear of them. (In response to their reply) Their excuses are nonsensical; first, they claimed they didn’t order the sauna, which caused the delay, then it was another mistake, and now the refund process is taking two weeks. I've spoken to multiple representatives, and their stories don’t match. Let's see if I finally get my refund after this weekend! I will keep updating.
First of all, check the dates of their reviews; every time a negative review is posted, they suddenly gain vague 5-star reviews from newly registered users the next day! The reality is they are a mess. I ordered a sauna, was told 6-8 weeks, and it has now been 6 months with no delivery date. Their policy seems to be to take your money and deliver whenever they feel like it. After the sale, they show no concern for you as a customer. They hide behind ridiculous terms and conditions and blame everything else. They don’t manufacture as they claim; instead, they order from a supplier and have no control over delivery times. Their staff is rude and dismissive, only stalling rather than helping. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE; it’s not worth the hassle. Look at the 1-star reviews; they reflect the truth!
