Think this company might be a scam! Ordered a Sauna in February - I have emailed Quality Spa on numerous occasions, I've been reassured that it's on it's way and I'm given a new date for arrival on 4 separate occasions now. Still waiting. Serious doubts that this sauna will ever materialise!
