(Update!:i have now recieved my refund along with a apology email. Took me leaving this review to recieved it though 🙄.) …….I ordered a trampoline on the 22nd of april a month later it still hadn't arrived and i hadn't had any tracking information so i did the online chat with “Alan” and found out it was refused and returned by the courier as it was missing paperwork. In the end i requested a refund. “Alan” was ok with this but asked me to send my bank details. I was not comfortable sending these via live chat and pointed out they should have that information from when i made the payment. I did end up sending my bank details via chat as i was fed up with being mucked about. “Alan then said he’d forward it to the returns department. 1 week later i still hadn’t heard anything nor had i received my refund. I decided enough was enough and sent a email to them instead. A few days later i received a reply apologising for all the waiting and lack of communication and the frustration it has caused, they then asked if the bank account number was correct ( they showed me this) and asked for my iBan number. I replied right away confirming the account number and with my iBan. A week went by, no reply, no refund. So i emailed them again yesterday… again, no reply, no refund. Ive come to the conclusion i have been scammed and I'm never going to see that refund. Will never order from them again and would advise anybody else to steer clear!
