Sauna ordered February 2025. Sauna delivered September 2025. Paid £800For installation. Sauna assembled November 2025. Still no power to the sauna or wiring to the heater. The sauna is built but none functional. I have had to send over 50Emails over the last 8 months to get a none working sauna. I paid extra for LED lights - don't bother they're in a packet and not attached. It's a very stressful experience ordering from quality-spa and I really don't think it's worth it. You spend 99% of the 8Month wait thinking have I been rinsed of my money. Then it arrives and it's dumped on your driveway for 2 months and you can't move it or park a car there as it's 650kg and then finally it's assembled but stillDoesn't produce heat. All in all unless you're just a bit bored and fancy having someone toEmail for months on end I'd save your money and time.
