We are a British couple in Sussex and were slightly concerned about ordering a sauna from Poland, but we were extremely pleased with our end result. The chat box on the site is human run and very responsive. I do find the website a little clunky though. There were significant delays and problems with shipping to the UK,mainly due to issues around suitable transport vehicles etc once it arrived in the country, but the company’s CEO, Patryk, speaks brilliant English and was very responsive on WhatsApp directly to me throughout the journey. He also offered a partial refund to compensate for my delay! Once it arrived, it was a very high-quality sauna and was quickly put up by the UK sub-contracted company. We were glad to supervise the construction and would say that it can be done by self assembly with the very comprehensive instructions and some carpentry skills. The Harvia woodburning stove needs a HETAS registered installer but is incredibly efficient. I thoroughly recommend this sauna and the company Quality-Spa as the UK delivery issues are being sorted and I hear they may have a UK based showroom at some point.
