I ordered the wall-mountedbioethanol fireplace with glass900×400 Box, there was a slight delay with the order which I was kept up to date with and once I had a tracking number the delivery was easy to follow and took 7 days. The product is great and is a real centre piece in the living room. Very easy to install, I did have to use Google lens to translate the instructions as they were all in polish. The product came with white decretive stones which really enhanced the look. I had a follow up text a few days after delivery from their customer service department which was great. Fully recommend.
