Reviewed previously in June and provided 1 star as I ordered a sauna in February and it hadn’t arrived by June. We claimed the refund via credit card company as the promised refund never arrived. The sauna eventually arrived at the end of July and we paid again once received. Very happy with the quality of the sauna and ease to put together with my husband. Had the sauna arrived much sooner I would have happily provided a 5 star review however the customer service and delivery delays has been disappointing.
