Ordered a sauna from this company. Once ordered and they took my money nearly £4000 I called the number on their website which doesn’t work. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order so was quite concerned that I’d been scammed. After several attempts to make contact to no avail I was extremely concerned as you can imagine. I finally managed to make contact via email and although the site I ordered off was a uk website I later found out this company is in Poland. I asked for a refund once they emailed me back which I was told will be within the next 14 days this was July 2nd. Now over 6 weeks later and daily excuses from their “accounts team” ceo and various other people I’m still yet to receive my refund. It will be processed today you will receive it Monday, I’ve had that for the last 6 weeks and think that I’ve just been scammed and I’m not going to receive my money back. After reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one. I have no sauna and am 4K out of pocket. I will update this review if I do actually receive a refund but it’s looking like I will have to take this to the relevant authorities to claim my money back, which is a shame because I’ve been very patient but have been fed a pack of lies from this so called company. If you want my advise AVOID this company.
