Very poor customer service. For starters they told me they had a completed sauna in stock and that deliver would be 2 weeks. I paid within an hour. After 2 weeks I contacted them to see where my sauna was and they said it was being made in the factory and would be many more weeks. It’s now 8th August and I paid 20th June and still no sign of my sauna. I emailed them on 28th July to get an order update. No response. I emailed again on 31st July. No response. I emailed again on 5th August. No response. I’ve also tried multiple times to call the UK number that was on their website and no one answers. Is this a scam? I’m starting to think so.
