Im writing this as Patryck the owner and the staff provided excellent service they never faltered in replying and communicating. The answers I got always seemed positive but for a 10 week turnaround to nearing 5mths or something every update seemed just another story. I claimed my money back and got a full refund from the bank as I had had enough. HOWEVER after hours and hours wasted on emails and whats app the icon sauna did arrive it is good quality and excellent finish. So when your product comes the anger goes but just the frustration and wasted time remains. The deal is this Quality Spa outsource to manufacturers and logistic companies to fulfil their orders and as a newer company retailing its been a learning curve for them. Their prices for the saunas are the best in the industry and granted it was very very delayed Im confident it was the manufacturers fault and this has reflected on them. I know they have reviewed their logistics and manufacturing for certain products and these early teething issues are now resolved. I have given five not as a contradictory score to my experience but every new company needs a chance and to penalise them now affect their growth. The service was excellent the product is very good the price is the best out there. They were not to know the saunas makers would make things so bad its learning from mistakes and not making the same mistake twice. So keep going Quality Spa just dont get let down by manufacturers !!!
